The following is the menu for the NARCON 2020 banquet. This will be a plated (served) meal. Attendees will be asked to choose one of the following options below.
Your choice of:
• Pan Seared Salmon, with balsamic glaze
• Top Sirloin Steak, with sauteed onions and garlic flavor demi sauce
• Vegetarian Option: Roasted Stuffed Bell Pepper, with lentils, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, and onions
All meals include:
Artisan bread basket
Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ranch salad dressing
Choice of side: Herb roasted potatoes
Fresh seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Lemon cake with berry drizzle
Freshly brewed house coffee and iced tea
